Discover Teas is partnering with master chocolatier Kristin Joslin of Cocoa Nouveau to explore the intricacies of tea and chocolate, both seemingly simple ingredients that can help you find mindfulness and ritual in everyday luxuries. Awaken all 5 senses and enjoy discovering the potential and impact of different combinations and experiencing each component while learning about the science and vocabulary of taste. You may find an odd couple to be your new favorite, or simply expand your definition of flavor. No tasting experience required—this is a judgement-free, education-forward zone, so come ready to learn!
As this event is focused on training your palate and senses, we recommend that attendees eat brunch/lunch prior to the event. This event is in-person only. However, future versions of this event will include hybrid virtual options.
