When I heard there was sage in this tea, I was a little scared. It didn't sound like that would mix well with blackberry. But once I tried it, I was a believer! The sage provides an earth quality that keeps it from being overly sweet. The blackberry balances out the sage and makes the tea have a delightful fruity taste.
